Starter (Free / Self-Serve)

- Response SLA: Best-effort (community)
- Coverage: Business hours (9am–6pm ET, Mon–Fri)
- Scope: General questions, documentation requests, bug reports

- Response SLA: P1 within 30 minutes (24/7), P2 within 2 hours, P3 within 1 business day

Filing a Support Ticket
Via the dashboard
1. Log in to your ButtrBase admin portal. 2. Click the ? icon in the bottom-left corner. 3. Select Submit a request. 4. Choose a priority level and describe your issue. 5. Attach screenshots, logs, or a reproduction script.

Priority Levels

Escalation Path
If your ticket is not being addressed within SLA:
1. Reply to the existing ticket marking it as escalated. This triggers an automatic page to the on-call lead. 2. Enterprise only: Reach out in your dedicated Slack channel with the ticket ID. Your CSM will manually escalate. 3. P1 phone bridge (Enterprise): Dial the incident bridge number provided in your onboarding email.
