POST /api/v2/organizations/:org_uuid/service-accounts

Creates a scoped Service Account (Agent Key) for autonomous AI agents.

(Note: High-performance agents should use the native Service Identity endpoints for robust token rotation and sub-millisecond policy checks).

POST /api/billing/metering/record

Records arbitrary usage metrics (like LLM tokens, compute seconds, or generation counts) to a tenant's billing profile. This is essential for AI applications where costs scale dynamically.
